Florida Senate Bill 176 would open the way for individuals 21 and over, with a permit, to carry loaded, concealed handguns anywhere on college or university facilities in Florida. It would also remove the current ability of campus administrators and law enforcement to decide how best to keep their campuses safe by prohibiting weapons on school property.
