polling place, bar, in government buildings as well as on the grounds and in
buildings of a public or private elementary or secondary school or
post-secondary school (and on a bus or other transportation furnished by a
school). The bill would allow persons who have been voluntarily hospitalized
in a mental hospital or drug treatment facility to obtain CCW permits and
would expand preemption of local firearm regulation and create a civil cause
of action for violations.
